Pay for Seismova in SEIS at a 20% discount (PRO and the Signals tier), settled by an on-chain transfer watcher. Ships with milestone 4. 2. Hold to unlock: wallets holding the published Signals threshold get the Signals tier while they hold, checked daily on-chain, no lockup. 3.
