About ZASH

Milestone-gated token fundraising on BNB Smart Chain

What ZASH does

Traditional token launches ask investors for blind trust: money in, promises out. ZASH replaces that trust with on-chain mechanics. Investor USDC goes into an escrow vault smart contract, not the founder's wallet. The raise is split into milestones that are fixed on-chain at deploy time, and each tranche of funds is released only after the founder submits proof and the project's token holders approve it in an on-chain vote.

What happens when projects succeed or fail

A project that hits its funding target and keeps passing milestone votes graduates to live trading: the sale seeds a PancakeSwap liquidity pool and the token trades on the open market. A project that fails a milestone or misses its raise deadline unlocks refunds, and contributors claim their remaining escrowed USDC back directly from the vault contract.

The technology

Every project deploys five smart contracts on BNB Smart Chain: a DAO token, milestone governance, a vesting vault, a pool agent, and a token sale. An indexer mirrors all on-chain events into the platform database, and everything ZASH knows is open to read through a free public REST API, a hosted MCP server for AI agents, and a CLI — no API keys, no sign-up. See the developer docs for details.

Status

The platform currently runs on BSC testnet while the contracts complete consolidation, testing, and a third-party security audit ahead of mainnet launch. Nothing on the platform is investment advice; participation in any raise is at your own risk.
