Disclaimer

Short version: ZASH is software, not an adviser or a counterparty. Projects are made by third parties and are not vetted by ZASH. Nothing here is financial advice, and you can lose everything you put in.

1. No financial, investment, legal or tax advice

Nothing on ZASH (zash.xyz), in its API, MCP server, documentation, social channels or any communication from the ZASH team is investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token. ZASH is not a licensed broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser or financial institution in any jurisdiction. Make your own decisions and consult a qualified professional before committing funds.

2. ZASH is software, not a counterparty

ZASH is a non-custodial software platform that lets independent creators deploy smart contracts and lets users interact with those contracts from their own wallets. ZASH never holds your funds or private keys, is not a party to any contribution, trade or refund, and cannot reverse, cancel or recover any on-chain transaction.

3. Projects are created by third parties

Every project, token, milestone plan, description, image, team claim and external link on ZASH is published by its creator, not by ZASH. ZASH does not audit, verify, endorse or guarantee any project, its team, its claims or its ability to deliver. Listing on ZASH, a badge, a rank, a featured placement or any promotional label is not an endorsement and not a statement about quality, legitimacy or expected returns.

4. You can lose everything you put in

Tokens launched on ZASH are speculative, highly volatile and may become worthless. Fundraises can fail, milestones can be rejected, liquidity can be thin or disappear, prices can move sharply in seconds, and there may be no market to sell into. Refund and milestone mechanics are enforced by smart contracts as written, not by ZASH, and do not guarantee that you will recover any amount. Only commit funds you can afford to lose entirely.

5. Smart-contract, blockchain and third-party risk

Smart contracts can contain bugs or be exploited, even after review. BNB Smart Chain, wallets, RPC providers, PancakeSwap, stablecoin issuers, oracles and other third-party services are outside ZASH's control and may fail, be congested, be paused or change their behaviour. Transactions are irreversible and network fees are non-refundable. Security reviews reduce risk but do not eliminate it.

6. No guarantees about data or availability

Prices, market caps, volumes, holder counts, charts, rankings, estimates and any other figures shown on ZASH are derived from on-chain and third-party data, may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The platform may be unavailable, modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

7. Forward-looking statements

Roadmaps, milestones, targets, projections and similar statements made by creators or by ZASH describe intentions, not commitments. Actual results can differ materially, and nobody is obliged to update such statements.

8. Your jurisdiction and your compliance

ZASH does not make offers to anyone in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful. Tokens may be treated as securities, commodities or otherwise regulated instruments where you live. You are solely responsible for determining whether you may legally use ZASH, for any taxes arising from your activity, and for complying with all laws that apply to you, including sanctions and anti-money-laundering rules.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZASH, its operators, contributors, affiliates and service providers are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind, direct or indirect, including loss of funds, tokens, profits or data, arising from your use of the platform, from any project listed on it, from any smart contract, or from reliance on any information shown on it. Your use of ZASH is entirely at your own risk.

10. Relationship to the Terms

This Disclaimer forms part of the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. By contributing to a project, trading a token or otherwise using ZASH you confirm that you have read and accepted all three. We may update this Disclaimer at any time; the date above shows the latest revision.
